Counting down to the end of 2015

So.. Hello.. It's near the end of December already..

2015 has been a year of changes..
I never thought that through out this year will totally like riding a roller coaster for me..

I've been the lowest part of my life that I've never been since years ago and then learned how to crawl back to the top again..

However, these experiences also make me learn about who's real, who's fake, who'll stay, who'll leave, who's care, and who's just pretend. In all aspects, especially friendship and relationship. How I finally decided to move on and let things go.

Let go of things that I hold on for the past 3 years. Let go of once I called blessing but also my lessons. Let go because it lead to nowhere. Let go because I know better things are waiting for me ahead.

But then, you'll never know how time could changed things, including the heart. And how life will played with you. You will never know with whom you started the year and with whom you will ended with.

I never thought that I will going through this year with him. Never ever the thought comes to my mind previously, that he would become like this. This year, he did things that I never thought he would and could ever did. Yet, for years I thought he's a jerk anyway. Hahaha

And yes, many reasons why I started to open my heart and tried to trust him. But just let time and life direct us the path where we should be.

And I thanks God that actually all my resolutions already achieved this year. Slowly but sure. And I hope that next year, everything will get better and go to the next level.

Ja Ne.

The Art of Letting Go

People will make effort for others whom mean something for them.
They will give time for things that they feel precious.
No excuse, no lies.

Thank you for once being my blessing and now giving me the lesson.
Thank you for your first and last gifts.
Including the most precious one.
Your time.

Now, I let go.
May you find what you're looking for.
Because I already did.

Short escape to Pangandaran

So, I went to a short trip last week. Actually it's because of family event but apparently my Mom make it short so we can go to the beach for watching sunrise. I was going to Banjar first, which took 7 hours of driving from Jakarta to the south, with some stop of course.
So, Pangandaran is basically a town within the province of West Java, Indonesia. It is located on the southern coast of the island of Java. With a big waves, the beach will be suitable for surfing. After finished the event in the evening, we're going to Pangandaran Beach. Without any planning of what we're going to do there (yeah, my mom improves a lot. Hahaha). It took 2 hours of drive from Banjar, so we arrived around 10pm. Actually we're confused where we would going to sleep and in which hotel. So we decided to book the first hotel that we saw which was really near from the beach, SR Timur Hotel. But seems like it's a bad choice. We thought it's not yet opened since it's taking time to knock in the door and almost decided to move when apparently there's only 2 guy whom slept in reception desk. No other services people except these two. The twin bed room apparently small, smelly and dirty. The shower was also dirty without any towels and only 1 toothbrush (and we just realized in the morning that the tv was also not worked). Actually it's not worth the price (IDR 350k/room without any services), but because we thought that we will just need to sleep and catching the sunrise, so we took it anyway. Apparently in the next morning it's cloudy so we cant have a good sunrise anyway.
But we're really satisfied eating the seafoods. I recommended to have a bite in RM. Dhita Seafood. It offer nice price and a good taste, but make sure you choose your own fish because like usual restaurant, they will tried to make you chose old stored fishes. Make sure you asked them to bring you the new ones before you choose the fishes and others.
After finished the lunch, we're going back to Jakarta. And it took almost 10 hours to drive. Phew. Ja Ne. See you next trip :))

Tunda Island

Before starting my new day in the new company, I decided to take another short-open- trip. Eventhough in Indonesia it's already in rainy season, so it's really gambling whether the weather will be good or not. But then I took the chance anyway. I took another Open Trip from Ray Adventure that cost IDR 395k/person. It's slightly cheaper than other trip that I saw earlier.

Basically I already asked my friends since previous months ago about this island whether they recommended it or not before finally I took the trip. And they said this island was quite good for a short trip, just go *and prayed that the wave was not "that" challenging. Hahaha

Actually I kinda confused since the meeting point was in Serang terminal bus, and when I googled it, the journey took 3-5 hours from Jakarta. So I confused whether I should departed at night and then find cheap hotel there or just gambling with taking the dawn bus. Since he said it would be better if I took night bus and the find hotel in Serang rather than going to Kampung rambutan on dawn *But I thought he just felt unsecured because the terminal bus was quite crime-prone and there'll be only me and my girl friend (well accompany us then:p). But when I asked Alip, the tour leader, he said I could took the dawn bus and he will waiting for us. *nice TL indeed. Hahaha

So then, I started the journey from Kampung Rambutan at around 5 a.m. We took Prima Jasa with route Jakarta - Merak and costed IDR 30k. I recommended you took the bus outside the terminal, since it would took a lot of time to stop here and there. #sigh

My brother said usually the bus will took around 3-4 hours, so fortunately for me, it only took only 2.5 hours from Jakarta to Serang. Eventhough with a looot of stop, I still managed to come early than the meeting time. And after waiting for another people, we arrived in Karangantu dock at 10 am.

The sea journey itself took another 2 hour. It's a really sunny day, and I felt blessed.
Tunda Island itself located in a bay, specifically in Banten Bay. So the current was not strong and remain calm. Different from thousand island trips, the snorkeling spots were only around the Tunda island, we dont have to go to another island for snorkeling. Actually the snorkeling spots was quite good, but half of the corals were already damaged. I have to separated from others to enjoy my snorkeling time. *unfortunately I did not take underwater photos by myself, only videos.
There's a lighthouse in Tunda, but right now, we're prohibited to climb it because it's not safety.
Since I'm a sunset hunter, here're Tundas' sunsets photos..
There's limited phone signal in Tunda, almost none of it, and the electricity only available at night. It's quite a suitable island for people who wants to disappear for a moment..
On the second day, unfortunately it's raining, more into storm. But we still went for snorkeling. Since the current was quite strong in the best spot, we have to move to another spot which has... Jelly fish. Yeaayyy!! =_________=". He already told me that there'll be a spot that full of jelly fish and I must be careful of it. I was thinking not to go into water, but then back again, it's the last spot before I went home.
She said the jelly fish looked like a snot. I said it's poseidons' snot. Hahaha
And I got a "gift" from the friendly jelly fish=____=
Before we go home, I decided to take a walk to the north. They said it's the best part of the island to watch sunrise (since it's cloudy in the morning so I decided to sleep anyway). During the walk, I feel sad because it's quite a nice island but there're many garbage especially in the beach and around the island.
Our journey back to Jakarta took another 2 hours by ship and another 2,5 hour by bus. I took Arimbi bus this time and it cost IDR 28k, cheaper than Prima Jasa. Hahaha

That's all for now.. Bye from Tunda.
Ja Ne.

Being kidnapped to Krakatoa (part 2)

After catching sunset at Umang-umang island, we're going back to the homestay for cleaning ourself. The sea journey was quite a long, it tooks almost 2 hours for us from Umang-umang island to Sebesi Island. Usually, the main problem when you're on trip was the bathroom. Since there're a lot of people with limited bathroom, so it usually takes time. But in here, there're a lot of bathrooms, eventhough it's located behind the homestay but it's not taking long time to go there. There's a bbq and bonfire near the beach. But because I was quite tired and not in the mood of mingle, I sit in the bench and just enjoyed yhe atmosphere. Because it's cloudy, unfortunately we cant see any stars.

In the next day, we're planned to catch sunrise at Anak Krakatoa. We have to wake up around 3a.m and started to move at 3.30am. When I woke up, I heard the sound of thunder. I almost decided to go back to sleep because probably there's no sunrise and we will find the storm instead. But then all the people were gettinh ready, so either I was. We leave the Sebesi Island around 4 am and arrived in Anak Krakatoa 2 hours later.

We caught the sunrise at the beach instead of the mountain

Krakatau itself is a small island group in the Sunda Strait between the islands of Sumatra and Java. It is a mostly submerged caldera with 3 outer islands belonging to the rim and a new cone, Anak Krakatau, that has been forming a new island since 1927 and remains highly active

The tracking time to the top of Anak Krakatoa mountain

Actually the mountain was not that high, even I actually felt the Sikunir hill in Dieng was higher. But the hardest part of this tracking was Anak Krakatoa was totally a dunes. Where when we put 1 step uphill, we slip 2 steps downhill or more. And it's more dusty than Sikunir, since it's a vocanic mountain.

At the top of Anak Krakatoa. Cloudy and gloomy athmosphere.

The rest part of Krakatoa Mountain after the eruption. And if you could see, there're some vocanic smokes and means it still active.

Anak Krakatoa

The tracking down route. It's actually an easier route than the climbing one. We wonder why we didnt take this route to climb on. Even I cant resist my urge to run at these route.

After the cloudy and gloomy morning, suddenly it's raining in our tracking down time, and fortunately he bring my drybag. And thanks God that it's raining right after we going down and not in the top of the mountain. I couldn't imagine if it's raining when we're up there.

After the breakfast, we're ready to go to the last snorkeling spot, Lagoon Cabe. And I really love this spot. Compared to previous ones, this spot was really beautiful.

After finished the snorkeling, and the current suddenly got strong, we're going back to Sebesi island to clean ourself and packing before going back to Pelabuhan Canti where we will take another rented angkot to Bakaheuni. And I was wished that there's no Dangdut remix that I should listen for hours. #crossingfinger

Just right after we arrived at Pelabuhan Canti, it's raining again. After waiting for our angkot, we're heading back to Bakauheni and waiting for the ship to Merak. So, because suddenly my gastritis was relapse, we out to buy some food, and didn't know that the other team already going in to the ship, so the tour leaders were looking for us. And we should running to the ship where the fence already almost closed. There's always be a first time right? Hahahaha *sorry

After another 2 hours from Lampung to Merak, we still arrived earlier than the schedule, safe and sound.
Thanks for the trip. And See you on next!
