Short Get lost in Bali! Go on Bajo! (Sailing Trips, and more to come..)

Okay, because my friends asked me for detail informations about my latest trip, so here I go, fighting my laziness to write on. Lol
So, on October 22-30, I went to the longest trip that I ever had. It's a compilation trip for Sean's birthday trip and Mas Bayu and Sari Anniversary. And as for me, just following around I think. Hahaha

So the planning that already fixed was only the Sailing part. As usual we used Travelmate, which cost us IDR2.5mio/person for 3D2N from Bajo to Bajo trip, and of course exclude the flight. We chose Oct 25-27 for the Sailing trip. Which, it means we still have a lot more days to spend and think about.
After back and forth chatting, and the additional dramas (rolling eyes), we finally decided to book flight to Bali on Oct 22nd night and spend 2 night in Bali. Well, the reason because the flight was cheaper and we dont want to have morning flight. (Since I also missed my latest morning flight in previous trip with them). So we booked Air Asia that cost around IDR 522,800/person and arrived around 11pm in Bali.

It's only the three of us who flight from Jakarta since Sean has already arrived and have his own event there. Since the weather was not that good, so the turbulence quite, shaky. Lol

When we arrived, Bli Agus, our driver already came and drove us to the hotel, Tusita Hotel, Kuta. Actually we booked 2 night at Tusita (cost us IDR 264,600/night) and we already told them for late check in and they said it fine, but when we arrived, suddenly they said that we're moved to Edelweiss hotel across the street for 1 night because they said that our rooms AC were broken. (Yeah, we didn't believe it either, but because we already tired, we accepted it anyway)
The room in Edelweiss was lower than our expectations, since it's a boutique hotel, but the room was not that good. It looked like the room was not fully finished yet and quite small and dirty. And kinda reminds me of the room in Balikpapan, without big mirror thou (thank God).
In the morning, I just realized that our hotel was beside church. Kinda amazed to see it actually, since I rarely seen any big church or mosque there.

Because I just too bored, so I decided to have solo walk to the nearest beach. And it's a local beach that I found (means, mostly I saw local people that hanging around and the fishermen boats near the beach)
Not that clean, but at least my curiousity was paid off. Hahaha

We check out from Edelweiss around 9 and moved our baggage to Tusita before driving by and looking for breakfast. And found that only McD that open earlier than other.lol
After finished our breakfast, we picked up Sean and started our journey to one of the hidden beach that Sari chose, Nyang Nyang beach.
The road to this beach was reminded me of Green Bowl beach. And I secretly hoped that the tracking down was not that hard. And I thought it would be easier, and Im completely wrong. Hahaha

The stairs was still natural, kinda slippery, and quite a loong way to go. Since apparently we're treking up and down the hill, literally. Hahaha

And after we arrived at the beach, eventually it's not as clean as I thought earlier, we can found some trashes in the beach. But the beach was quiet and worth the view.

But because it's on high noon and damn hot. Me and Sean chose to stay under the trees. While watching the other two playing on the beach. But in the end I cant resist to play along thou. lol

The problem was when it comes to,, tracking up.. See the hill behind us? That what we need to trekking up. And the boys took longer time to trekking up. HAHAHA

Well, actually, Green Bowl beach was much better in term of local support. In Nyang-nyang beach, there's no toilet or local shop to buy lunch nearby, even the stair down only exist for few metres above, and the rest was still natural. But in Nyang Nyang, we can go to the beach without have to concern about the tide, where in Green Bowl Beach, when the tides was high, we cant even going down to the beach.

After finally coming back to the top, we decided to find a place for late lunch. Because there's no local restaurant, so we try to find the nearest restaurant along the way back to the city. And since it also almost sunset, finally along the way, we decided to go to Dreamland beach, at first. Because we have the wrong turn, we finally entered to Klapa Beach Club, which located above the Dreamland beach. We have to pay IDR 100k/person to enter it which changed into voucher which we can used it to drink or eat.

And out of nowhere, we suddenly decided to swim. Only Sari who chose to stay dry. Hahaha. But after going down to the pool, we just knew that we will need to pay for another IDR 50k, well, let say it's for towel's rental. Since it's cloudy anyway, at least we can play and have some fun photo sessions.

And I have no idea what the hell these guys're doing. Hahahaha

After finished swimming, we're going back to the hotel, the right hotel that we booked earlier, which is Tusita. And I must admitted that this hotel was really comfy and worth the price! Too bad we only stay for one night:(

Anyway, in the Monday morning (well, near afternoon thou), we check out from Tusita and decided to have lunch in Discovery Mall before our flight to Bajo.

We used Wings Air (IDR 670,500/person) from Denpasar to Bajo. Bad weather and turbulence made us delayed for 20 minutes up there. Even it's still raining when we arrived, but thank God all's fine.

After landing from another shaky flight in propeller airplane and found the recommended driver from travelmate team, we're checking in to the Hotel. At first, we booked Matahari Hotel & Restaurant Labuan Bajo for before (24-25) and after (27-28) Sailing. But again, apparently the booking date after Sailing, we're moved to Sunrise Hotel because Matahari Hotel was full booked from one of the National Bank. #sigh
The view from Matahari Hotel caught my eyes within the second. We directly can see the harbor and sunset near our room.

I must say that the cost was suitable with the hotel. They prepared 2 clean towel, clean toilet, and clean water (eventhough the toilet cant be locked.lol). Apparently we dont have to make any effort to catch the sunset. And the location also really strategist, a lot of restaurant and shop nearby and it also walking distance to the harbor. And the restaurant of this hotel was above the room, which also has direct view to the harbor. But the food taste so-so. I ordered Fried Noodles Seafood, while Sari ordered Fried Rice, with bonus extra salt. Hahaha

After early dinner/very late lunch, we cleaning up ourself and decided to have a little walk and find a place for a short hang out. Because we actually craving for some Gelato, so we decided to try the one and only Gelato Cafe in Bajo. Well, the cafe was quite nice eventhough it's quite small and the taste was so so. But at least it has Air Conditioner and less crowded and noise.

After finished eating, we're going back to hotel and prepare for the next day. Since tomorrow we will started our Sailing Time. *excited*

And here comes to the real adventures...
