I'm back..
So this post is quite fresh from the oven. Hahaha. So yesterday my friend randomly asked me to go. At first she wanted to go to Nicole's Caffè. But when I looked at the address, it's quite too far to reach by public transportation, and since it's already near afternoon when we're planning.
So I told her that, what if we're going to Cimory Riverside, since it's not too far from Bogor and reachable by public transportation. And she's agreed.
Actually it's late afternoon when we're met in train station. We took train and arrived in Bogor station around 3 pm and we decided to eat first. We eat Toge Goreng (Fried bean sprout with fermented soy bean) in front of station. Actually it's boiled and not fried, have no idea why it called fried. Hahaha
It's cloudy when we're arrived in Bogor and light rain when we're finished eating. So we're decided to immediately going inside the public transportation or lets just called it angkot. We took angkot 02 (the green one) with route Bubulak - Sukasari and we went off at Sukasari (it only cost IDR 3k but the journey took almost 1 hour because they wait for sufficient numbers of passengers for around 30 minutes=____=").
Anyway, from Sukasari we took another Angkot, the blue one with destination: Cisarua. And right after we climbed in to the angkot, it's raining hard.#phew
Because it's weekend, we're facing traffic jam. It's almost 5pm when we're in Ciawi, Bogor and I was quite nervous since I'm not sure when the latest angkot will be operated (later, I asked the driver and he said that it operates 24 hours).
The alternative route was quite... Challenging. Hahaha. Actually I enjoyed the view but when suddenly the car stopped in the middle of uphill road. I wished that it will ended soon.lol
So, we arrived at Cimory Riverside at 6pm.
It's a nice view and fresh air there, especially because it still raining lightly.
We got non smoking dining area, and apparently it's in the upper area. So if you want to have a table nearby the Riverside view, you have tk request for smoking area.
The menu prices range IDR 9k(for fresh milk) to more than IDR 120k for steak. We ordered their local menus which're sausage and milk. Anyway, I like their banana milk, but it's quite hard to find in Jakarta.
After finished eating and paid the bill, we're going down to near the bank. Unfortunately there's no stair to go down to the river. Can't resist the temptation to play the water. Hahaha
Around 7.30pm, we're going down back to Bogor. We took the Cisarua angkot right from in the frknt of Cimory. Eventhough we also trapped in the traffic, but the returned journey was much more faster than the departure. We arrived at Sukasari at 8.45pm (and costed only IDR 15k) and after continued with angkot 02 and arrived at Bogor station at 9pm. Since the journey from Bogot took 1 hour (eventhough by train), I arrived at home around 10pm.
Well, in total we spent 6 and half hours just for 1 and half hours in Cimory. Totally random. Hahaha
